Shipping and Delivery Information
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, within a maximum of 48 hours following confirmation of your purchase.
Typically, delivery occurs within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).
To track your shipment, you can access your tracking number by clicking on the "View My Order" link provided in your order confirmation or shipping notification email. Please note that tracking information usually becomes available approximately 4 days after dispatch.
Once your order is placed, you will receive two emails: the first confirming your purchase and the second notifying you of the shipment.
Important Reminder: Keep an eye on your tracking updates, as your package may be held at the post office even if no delivery slip is left in your mailbox. Packages are held at the post office for 15 days; if unclaimed, they will be returned to us. In such cases, additional charges will apply for reshipping your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it by contacting us via the designated contact form. Once this period has elapsed, refunds can only be issued after the returned order is received at our facilities in its entirety.
Invalid or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and deliverable. Harmonia is not liable for any delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, any associated costs for redelivery will be the buyer's responsibility. Should you notice an error in your shipping address, please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@myfreshsupport.com.
